This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of VehicleLo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and governs the use of services available on www.vehiclelo.com and the VehicleLo mobile application.
VehicleLo operates as a technology platform that enables users to view vehicle listings, participate in auctions, and interact with buyers and sellers. VehicleLo does not own, sell, or resell vehicles listed on the platform.
Any registration fees, subscription fees, participation fees, or service charges paid to VehicleLo are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Once a bid is placed by a user, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. Winning bids are final and binding. Refunds will not be provided for unsuccessful bids or bid-related charges.
Where applicable, security deposits or earnest money paid for auction participation may be refunded only if the user complies with all auction terms and conditions. VehicleLo reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, penalties, or outstanding dues before processing a refund.
Users cannot cancel transactions after successful auction completion. Any cancellation or failure to complete a transaction may result in forfeiture of fees or deposits, as per auction-specific terms.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.
Any disputes related to refunds shall be subject to review by VehicleLo. The decision of VehicleLo shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
VehicleLo reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
